Joy Robinson is the creator of Epiphany Blue; food for thought. Originally from San Francisco, CA, she is a professional Barista and also has a trade in cooking. Joy has worked with coffee for 15 years and enjoys the relationship that we as people have with our coffee. Joy prepares some of our signature dishes and loves to use fresh ingredients in new ways.
